The staff was amazing, always ready to help. my suite had a lovely view of the city, it was so nice. the location proved excellent. I could easily reach the city center. the room also included useful amenities, such as tea and coffee facilities, a fridge, and a microwave, perfect for a traveler like me.

replenishing of toiletries in the bathroom was inconsistent, and i had to request toilet paper one evening.

The breakfast buffet provided a sufficient selection of options. there were both sweet and savory choices. Though, the setup was in the reception area, it was manageable. the breakfast quality was acceptable.

underwhelming dinner

Pushing the button didn't guarantee one would actually show up, i had to press it twice sometimes. the dinner was also quite underwhelming, especially considering the breakfast seemed decent. i suspect they outsource the cooking to someone who considers salt a daring spice. it seemed like dining on airplane food but without the altitude sickness.

Lovely stay in the heart of the city!

I found a spacious suite room with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was great. The cleaning ladies came every day! The hotel is near the city center and close to shopping malls and the train station (easy access from the airport).

The gym is a bit small and some of the equipment needs updating.

The hotel's location offered easy access to many attractions. I found it very close to the city center and within walking distance of various shops and restaurants. It's also conveniently near the train station, such an advantage!

The room was spacious for a double room. The location is conveniently close to the railway station. it is about 10 to 15 minutes walk away, i think. friendly staff also made a pizza for me, which i appreciate.

the absence of standard amenities such as razors directly in the room feels like a cost-cutting measure.
